Building Portals with Microsoft Graph API

The Microsoft Graph API (graph.microsoft.com) brings together all various APIs that cover access to the Office 365 platform. The unified endpoint for accessing the different services in Office 365 makes it possible to integrate data, intelligence and insights from the Microsoft Cloud.

In this session, we will start with an overview and clear positioning of the Microsoft Graph. We will then showcase by using a custom ASP.NET MVC demo application how to build compelling portals by using the Microsoft Graph that includes: –

Authentication for ADAL and MSAL (including personal accounts)

Notifications from the Microsoft Graph

How to use the Microsoft Graph in Background Services

How you can extend the Microsoft Graph with your own data

How to connect with other Office 365 end points to overcome the gap in the Microsoft Graph API

Office 365 Development
